Energize Your Week with the Great Living Cafe

In need of an energy boost?  Join Theresa and me on the Great Living Cafe as we continue to explore how we can find the pause button during this extra-busy time of year and become more conscious of the power that we each have to make choices for how we want to experience the holidays.

You can have a listen through the player below, or you can download the episode to your MP3 player by clicking here.

When it comes to your to-do list, all the requests for your time, the regular demands that haven’t eased up, you really do have the power to choose what no longer is a fit for you or what isn’t as important anymore when it comes to your holiday preparations and activities.  As we shared on the episode, remember to keep in mind these three comforting words:  “…and that’s okay.”

Whatever you end up creating for the holidays, it will be enough.  Trust that.
